This is to announce the closing of Rosa Akasaka and Satellite Roppongi
on July 29, 2005.
Asahi Homes is deeply grateful for the patronage of our customers
during twenty-three years of operation since these properties opened
in 1982 and sincerely regrets the inconvenience the closure will cause to
customers considering using these apartment hotels in the future.

In August of next year Asahi Homes plans to open a new 34-unit
apartment hotel in Akasaka 7-chome.

We request your continued patronage of Asahi Homes apartment hotels
in the coming years.
