After deciding the desired property, contact Asahi
Homes by telephone or e-mail to confirm availability
of an apartment.

After confirming availability of an apartment, Asahi
Homes will send you an application form. Fill in
the required information, attach a company brochure,
a certified completed copy of the company registration,
or a partial copy of the company registration, and
fax or e-mail the completed application form to
Asahi Homes.

After receiving the completed
application form, Asahi Homes will conduct a simple
routine examination. We will contact you upon completion
of the examination. At that time, please remit the
rent and security deposit to Asahi Home’s
designated bank account (Payment by credit card
is also available. A security deposit is required
for leases of three months or longer.)

After confirming receipt of the funds, Asahi Homes
will provide a lease agreement for signature or
affixation of seal.
