In accordance with the rise in the consumption tax effective on April 1, 2014,
the Court Annex Apartment-hotels  will change its rates as follows:

1. The new consumption tax rate (8%) will be applied from April 1, 2014.

2. The rates currently listed on this website will be effective until March 31, 2014.
The revised rates (reflecting the new consumption tax rate) will be posted on April 1, 2014.
